Mine Ventilation Fan
DETA is a high pressure fan comprising of two Impellers with different number of blades, connected in series and rotating in opposite directions. Each impeller is driven by a direct- coupled motor. The axial flow fan type DETA has a wide range of applications and had proved especially suitable for ventilation of mines, tunnels etc. where it can be directly fitted into the ventilation duct, it is further important to note that this fan is reversible and therefore it can be used both as supply and exhaust fan. We are not providing the dimensional table. However, the same can be supplied on request.
DUSTECH Axial Flow Fans are available in Duct mounting or wall mounting type, the fans are robust in construction with cast aluminium alloy aero-foil design blades impeller duly dynamically balanced. The impellers are available in fix blade and variable type depending on characteristics required. The fans are available in direct and V-belt drive arrangement. DUSTECH also supply fans in Bi-furcated direct drive type where the gases handled do not come in contact with motor.
Backward curved Fans also known as Radial Fans are Centrifugal Fans with Backward Curved Blades. Backward curved fans are known as “non overloading” because changes in static pressure do not overload the motor. Its hydraulic efficiency is very high.

“DUSTECH” centrifugal fan is a mechanical device for moving air or other gases. The terms "blower" and "squirrel cage fan", (because it looks like a hamster wheel), are frequently used as synonyms. These fans increase the speed and volume of an air stream with the rotating impellers.
DUSTECH DFS series of fan adopt three-dimensional air supply technology, realize stepless speed regulation through the controller and stimulate natural air at the speed of 1-3m/s which delivers the best feeling to people.
High-performance wing-imitating and hollow streamlined aluminum alloy blades characterized by low weight and high strength are adopted which can push a great deal of air to the ground. No matter in closed or open space, overall air circulation can be realized. Airflow can be strengthened so as to achieve the purpose of ventilation and cooling.
DFS series of industrial fans can be applied for machinery factories, vehicle re pair plants and other large size workshops with high ventilation efficiency and slow and stable air speed, they can make workers cool and comfortable, thus improving working efficiency; meanwhile, it can also improve the plant’s 6S management level. By contrast, traditional small fans have large air speed and air pressure. People are likely to feel hot and dry and after long time use, may have headache and chest distress, thus reducing production efficiency and leading to safety risks.

DUSTECH make evaporative type cooling system is one of the most reliable & efficient system. Due to the negative pressure created by the fan, atmospheric air enters the unit & gets cooled while passing through the cooling media (may be spray type or pad type). The supply air at the department is therefore cool & humid and is pumped into the department through GI duct & grills.
